Cam Newton Gets Crushed But Quickly Returns To The Game

The Buffalo Bills were getting after Cam Newton all game, and unfortunately, one hit finally did some real damage, with two defenders smothering Newton and forcing him to leave the field with an ankle injury.

Newton, however, is no stranger to dealing with pain, and he came back in for the very next series after some time in the medical tent. Apparently, then, this is just a minor scare, but the Panthers better start protecting him more.
