Philippe Eullaffroy will serve as the interim head coach for CF Montreal (1-6-0, three points), who dropped a 2-1 decision to the Philadelphia Union on Saturday. The club resides in second-to-last place in the Eastern Conference.
That was the first win of the season for the Union.
Per CF Montreal, assistant coaches Jacopo Falanga and Lorenzo Pinzauti also no longer with the club.
CF Montreal removed the interim tag on Donadel on Oct. 21.
Donadel, 42, took over as interim coach on March 24, 2025, after Montreal fired Laurent Courtois following a 0-4-1 start to that season.
Donadel, from Italy, played four seasons with Montreal from 2015-18 and returned to the club as an assistant coach on Dec. 29, 2024.
