The 30-year-old veteran is the club's longest-tenured player, recording five goals and 13 assists in 122 MLS matches (109 starts) since the inaugural season in 2022.
"Brandt has embodied what it means to be a player here within our organization, both on and off the field," general manager Zoran Krneta said. "His work ethic, versatility and durability have been a big part of our team since he arrived.
"Keeping a veteran like Brandt on our roster was something we knew we needed to keep from a locker room presence and continue being a key piece of our Charlotte community."
Bronico has tallied seven goals and 20 assists in 188 career MLS matches (149 starts) with the Chicago Fire (2017-20) and Charlotte.
