Chiefs downgrade WR Kadarius Toney to out vs. Ravens

The Kansas City Chiefs have ruled out wide receiver Kadarius Toney from Sunday's AFC Championship Game against the host Baltimore Ravens due to a hip injury and personal reasons.
Toney, 25 on Saturday, previously was listed as questionable for the game. He last saw action in a Week 13 victory over the New England Patriots when he had two receptions for 5 yards.
Toney, who is in his first full season with the Chiefs, had 27 receptions for 169 yards and a touchdown in 13 games (two starts) this season. He also had six punt returns for 58 total yards.
Also on Saturday, the Chiefs activated defensive tackle Mike Pennel and cornerback Keith Taylor from the practice squad.
