Chiefs RB Isiah Pacheco ruled out vs. Bills

Kansas City Chiefs running back Isiah Pacheco has been ruled out for Sunday's game versus the visiting Buffalo Bills due to a shoulder injury.
Pacheco is third in the AFC and fifth in the NFL in rushing with 779 yards. He also has 33 receptions for 209 yards and seven total touchdowns (six rushing, one receiving) for the Chiefs (8-4).
Pacheco had 18 carries for 110 yards at Green Bay last week, playing through the shoulder contusion suffered during the game.
Clyde Edwards-Helaire and Jerick McKinnon are expected to step up in the absence of Pacheco.
Edwards-Helaire has 140 rushing yards this season. He was Kansas City's top rusher against Buffalo last season with nine carries for 33 yards.
McKinnon is expected to return from a two-game absence due to a groin injury. He has 19 catches for 155 yards and three touchdowns to go along with 30 rushing yards on the season.
