Coco Gauff to lead U.S. tennis squad in Paris

The reigning U.S. Open champion missed the Tokyo Games because of a COVID-19 infection.
Gauff, 20, was a finalist at the 2022 French Open at Roland Garros, site of the Olympic competition which begins July 27.
She is joined on the USA women's singles roster by Jessica Pegula, Danielle Collins and Emma Navarro.
Taylor Fritz, Tommy Paul, Christopher Eubanks and Marcos Giron will represent the U.S. in men's singles, with Paul and Giron having experience from the pandemic-delayed Tokyo Games in 2021.
