Lewis, who was listed as questionable heading into the game, was a full participant in practice on both Thursday and Friday.
Lewis, 30, has three sacks and seven tackles in seven games this season.
Also on Saturday, the Colts (7-1) activated Jaylon Jones from injured reserve, signed fellow cornerback Cameron Mitchell to the 53-man roster from the practice squad and waived linebacker Chad Muma and safety Trey Washington.
Jones, 23, was placed on injured reserve Sept. 13 due to a hamstring injury.
Mitchell, 24, recorded three tackles after being elevated to the active roster in each of the last three weeks.
