Hamlin announced to reporters at Dover Motor Speedway that "all will be exposed" when the parties' trial is scheduled to begin on December 1.
Asked about the possibility of Tyler Reddick exiting due to a clause in his contract that would allow him to do so should the team lose its charter, Hamlin wouldn't go down that road.
"All I can tell you, and this will be my blanket answer for all questions about this, is that if you want answers and you want to understand why this is all happening, come December 1st, you'll get the answer you're looking for," Hamlin said. "And all will be exposed."
23XI and Front Row Motorsports lost their charters following their antitrust lawsuit against the NASCAR charter system earlier this year, and a U.S. district judge denied them a restraining order this week.
That leaves both teams reliant on qualifying for each individual race. In the short term, that won't be problematic, with 40 spots available at Dover with just 37 teams competing.
But could Hamlin have regrets later on?
"Not a chance," Hamling added. "Mark your calendars."
