Mandatory Credit: Brad Penner-USA TODAY Sports Monday's game between the Mets and the visiting Los Angeles Dodgers was postponed due to impending rain in New York.
The game will be made up as part of a straight doubleheader at Citi Field on Tuesday, starting at 4:10 p.m. ET.
The Mets had been scheduled to start Tylor Megill (0-2, 3.00 ERA) on Monday against fellow right-hander Gavin Stone (4-2, 3.60).
The Dodgers announced they will send right-hander Tyler Glasnow (6-3, 3.09 ERA) to the mound in the first game of the doubleheader, while Stone pitches in the second game.
The Mets (22-30) ended a five-game skid with a 4-3 win Sunday against the San Francisco Giants. The Dodgers (33-22) are on a season-long five-game losing streak.
