Dolphins LB Jaelan Phillips (Achilles) carted off vs. Jets

Miami Dolphins linebacker Jaelan Phillips was carted off with an Achilles injury with 9:45 remaining in the fourth quarter of Friday's road game against the New York Jets in East Rutherford, N.J.
The Dolphins formally ruled him out a short time later.
Phillips was injured in a non-contact play. His leg gave out as he began rushing toward the Jets' offensive backfield.
All of the Miami players came out on the field to support Phillips, who was highly emotional while being carted off the playing surface.
Phillips had a sack and four tackles on Friday. The third-year pro entered the day with 39 tackles and 5.5 sacks in seven games (five starts). He missed time with back and oblique injuries earlier this season.
