ESL has revealed 11 teams that received direct invites to IEM Rio 2024. ESL revealed the 11 teams who have received direct invitations to IEM Rio 2024, which will begin Oct. 7 with a full field of 16 teams.

The remaining five spots will be determined through the Regional Open and Closed Qualifiers that began Tuesday and will run through Sept. 1.

IEM Rio 2024 features a $250,000 prize pool as teams vie to qualify for the $1 million Intel Grand Slam V. The final three days of the competition Oct. 11-13 will see the final six teams competing live at the Farmasi Arena.
ESL also revealed the 14 teams who have received invites to the 28-team $150,000 ESL Impact League Season 6.
The finals will take place Nov. 22-24 in front of a live audience at DreamHack Stockholm in Sweden.
