The 25-year-old Moroccan is signed through 2028 with an option for 2029.
Jabbari joined Cincinnati on loan in August and appeared in five regular-season MLS matches with one start.
"We're excited to bring Ayoub back in 2026," general manager Chris Albright said. "He's a strong, dynamic forward, and his ability to stretch defenses and hold up play are important qualities for our group. We look forward to his continued progression with the club next season."
Before joining Grenoble in 2024, Jabbari played for Paris FC (2023-24) and Spain's Racing Santander (2022-23).
