FlyQuest dominant once more, wins LTA North 2025 Split 3

It was the perfect ending to a perfect run on Sunday.

FlyQuest beat 100 Thieves 3-1 in the grand final of the League of Legends' Championship of The Americas North 2025 Split 3 in Los Angeles, finishing the event without a loss and earning a berth in the World Championship this fall.

After going 3-0 in the pick & play phase, FlyQuest won its upper bracket semifinal match then beat Shopify Rebellion in the upper bracket final on Aug. 31.

100 Thieves swept Shopify Rebellion in the lower bracket final, setting up Sunday's final.

FlyQuest got things started with a 37-minute win on green but Thieves answered with a 30-minute win, also on green. FlyQuest made it 2-1 with a 33-minute win on green, then put the match away with a 31-minute win on red.

Despite the loss, Thieves advances to the Americas Championship (LTA 2025), as does FlyQuest and Shopify.

Canadian Fahad "Massu" Abdulmalek led FlyQuest with a 22/12/22 kill-death-assist ratio, while Alan "Busio" Cwalina compiled 51 assists in the match.

LTA 2025 takes place in Allen, Texas, in September, with another three berths to the Worlds up for grabs. The 2025 World Championship will run from Oct. 14 to Nov. 9 in Chengdu, China.
