Football Coach Has Sex Advice
The Grey Cup is Sunday, and one of the enduring traditions of the CFL championship is the head coaches being asked on whether they believe their players should have sex before the game. Ottawa’s Rick Campbell couldn’t help give a very coachspeak answer.
Longtime Toronto writer Jim “Shaky” Hunt made this an annual thing, and after his passing it’s been continued by the Edmonton Sun’s Terry Jones. So coaches know it’s coming, and can prepare. Here’s Campbell’s answer.
“The odds aren’t good, and no one gave you much of a chance, but if you pay attention to detail and you execute and do it with zest and enthusiasm, anything can happen.”
Ottawa! Edmonton! Live from Winnipeg! With this much excitement, who even has time for sex?
