Former Bulldog Returns To School To Beat Up Freshman
Knowshon Moreno, now with the Broncos, is being questioned by police regarding a bar fight in Athens this weekend. But the accuser's story is a little sketchy, because Moreno allegedly punched him so hard he can't remember him doing it.
Stephen Anderson, 18, was at the Bourbon Street Bar in Athens on Saturday night when he says he was jumped by three men. Friends helped him leave the bar, when Moreno, not one of the initial three, punched him once, knocking him unconscious. At least, that's his story now.
Anderson went to campus health services on Monday, where they told him he had a concussion. He "sought advice from friends," and filed a police report. Apparently it was those same friends who convinced him that Moreno threw the punch.
Police spoke to Moreno, who says he was struck first, so at least we know something happened. In the absence of further evidence, now let's all decide who we think couldn't hold their liquor: a 5-11, 210 lb. mountain of muscle, or an 18-year-old freshman?
