Gen.G Esports recorded a 3-1 victory over Bilibili Gaming on Sunday in the grand final of the League of Legends Mid-Season Invitational 2024 in Chengdu, China, earning $50,000 and automatic entry into the 2024 World Championship.

Gen.G started fast by posting a 38-minute win on blue and 39-minute victory on red before Bilibili bounced back with a 40-minute triumph on blue. Undaunted, Gen.G countered with a 47-minute win on blue.

Si-woon "Lehends" Son of South Korea was named the MVP.

Bilibili Gaming earned $37,500 for their second-place finish.

The $250,000 tournament began on May 1 with 12 teams competing for a $50,000 grand prize and qualification into the 2024 Worlds.
