Giants vs Patriots Monday Night Football Betting Prediction: Week 13 Bet Picks
The New York Giants will travel for a road matchup against the New England Patriots on Monday Night Football. The Patriots have looked elite this season, posting an NFL-best 10-2 record thus far. The Giants haven’t been as successful, entering this game with a 2-10 record.
New England is dealing with two key injuries, and that’s why I’m backing New York here. Will Campbell has been ruled out for a few weeks, while Jared Wilson has been ruled out for this game. They make protect Drake Maye’s blindside, and they’re going to be major losses for this game.
Campbell played a little over half the game last week, while Wilson left nearly immediately. They played the Cincinnati Bengals, who feature one of the worst pass rushes in the NFL in that game. The Bengals only recorded one sack, but they recorded 16 pressures in that game.

The Giants haven’t featured the best pass rush in the NFL this season, but they’re drastically better than Cincinnati. They also have several high-level pass rushers, and they come with more upside than they’ve flashed thus far.
Maye has looked good in virtually all aspects of the game this season. He’s drastically better when he isn't pressured, though.
The second-year quarterback is averaging 9.1 yards per attempt with 16 touchdowns and 4 interceptions in a clean pocket. He’s only averaging 8.2 yards per attempt with 5 touchdowns and 2 interceptions when pressured. The biggest difference is that his completion percentage drops from 77.8% in a clean pocket to 55.1% when pressured.
Although the Giants are dealing with a few injuries themselves, Jaxson Dart will start this game. He’s looked electric throughout his rookie season, and this offense is drastically better when he’s in the game. He’s practiced in full all week, and he’ll return to the lineup here.
The Patriots have seemingly taken a step forward with TreVeyon Henderson, but they’re still looking to get Rhamondre Stevenson touches. If New York can limit the big play by Henderson, this offense could struggle to consistently move the ball.
New England should struggle to find consistent success without two of their most important linemen. If Maye can’t get settled in, this could be a long night for the offense. New York has the talent along the defensive line to make this game difficult, and we’re getting a bit too wide of a spread for this type of game.
