Here Is A Dog Riding A Scooter At A Baseball Game

It's been awhile since we checked in on our favorite baseball "sideline" reporter Jim Knox, but he's once again finding the weird and wondrous at Texas Rangers baseball games. Tonight? A dog that rides a scooter.

Oh, sure, you've seen a dog on a skateboard, but can he steer? Actually, it's not clear if this dog can, either. Apparently Norman is a television star, but his show is on the Hallmark Channel and if you know its channel number on your local provider you aren't watching enough sports. (Watch more sports.)
