J.T. Brown Fights Ryan Ellis, Gets Heckled, Punches Heckler's Phone
Screencap [object Object] J.T. Brown is here to fight, man. After getting blindsided to the ice by Predators defenseman Ryan Ellis, Brown rolled over on top of him and started pummeling him like he was finishing up an MMA knockout. Both men were sent to the penalty box to sit out the dregs of the Predators’ blowout win over the Tampa Bay Lightning.
But Brown didn’t stop throwing hands there. As he was leaving the ice, he lashed out and punched the phone of a heckling fan. TMZ Sports got footage of the punch and spoke to the fan, Brendan Johansen, who got his screen cracked in the process. Here’s 2016's shortest found footage horror film.
Johansen told TMZ that he wouldn’t be pressing legal action against Brown, but he does hope that the Lightning will get him a new phone.
