He somehow finished with 65 yards on 8-of-13 passing; it felt like less. Jacksonville lost 12-8, scoring only after Bortles was taken out of the game in favor of Chad Henne and then Brandon Allen.

Considering that Marrone said that only after he noted that he was looking for “the best person to lead this offense,” it would seem decently likely that he is, in fact, not thinking about Bortles so much.
