Jose Ramirez homered and doubled, Kyle Manzardo had three hits and Andres Gimenez had two singles for Cleveland, which bounced back after having its nine-game winning streak stopped Monday.
Cade Smith (2-0) got the win with 1 1/3 innings of relief for the Guardians, who had five multi-run innings on Tuesday night.
Elehuris Montero homered and Ezequiel Tovar and Charlie Blackmon had two hits each for Colorado.
Ramirez started things with a two-run homer in the first inning, his 16th homer of the season. His 55th and 56th RBIs of the year are tops in the majors.
Bryant tied it in the fourth with a rare home run, a two-run shot off starter Triston McKenzie that was just the second homer of the season for Bryant.
Cleveland went back in front in the fourth inning, loading the bases with no outs against Ryan Feltner on a single, error and walk. Bo Naylor and Gabriel Arias each brought home a run with a sacrifice fly to put the Guardians back in front, 4-2.
Montero's two-run homer in the bottom of the inning tied it. McKenzie left after allowing four runs on six hits in five innings.
Cleveland answered in the fifth. Ramirez doubled and Josh Naylor homered to right to make it 6-4. The Guardians tacked on another run in the frame on Manzardo's RBI single.
Peter Lambert (2-4) relieved Feltner, who allowed seven runs - six earned - on eight hits in 4 1/3 innings.
The Rockies saved Feltner from a loss with a three-run sixth. Blackmon and Ryan McMahon had RBI singles and Montero scored on a wild pitch.
Fry put Cleveland back in front with a three-run homer in the seventh off Matt Carasiti, his seventh homer of the season, and Naylor also tagged Carasiti for a three-run homer in the eighth. It was his second of the night and 15th of the season.
