Legit Streaker Dodges Tackler In Cleveland, Pummeled By Groundskeeper
After what feels like months without a legitimate, full-frontal streaker in the sports world, we had one last night in Cleveland during the Lions-Browns preseason bout.
The good news is plenty of people pulled out their camera phones to capture the hooligan's antics, which included escaping a tackle attempt by a Lions player and not escaping a team effort from a Browns groundskeeper. The bad news is all of this video was taken by people who don't know how to use their cameras. We made the best of it, and mixed in some audio and the video of the Detroit and Cleveland TV feeds. (We are sad to report Bernie Kosar, obviously seeking to avoid Peter King's wrath, stayed mostly quiet.) Kudos to the enterprising gent who captured what appears to be an editing bay copy of the events.
