Let's See ... Mortgage, or OSU Tickets? Hmm ...
This image was lost some time after publication. Now we know that everyone is very excited about the big Ohio State-Texas college football game tomorrow, and we understand, because the fevered hockey fans of Columbus (no, really. Swear) haven't had much rooting interest for a while.
But this is pretty ridiculous; four 40-yard-line tickets to the game are currently selling for $5,500. Seriously. The seller said, when first posting the ad, "Not much to say about this, everything speaks for itself. Four tickets, 40 yard line, row 11. I'll try to answer email questions but I expect these will be gone before I can. To avoid any problems whatsoever, this will be local pickup, cash only, exchange to be handled at local bank."
About two hours ago, though: "Note: Last minute price decrease. $4,400 for package. Time is running out." We're gonna hold out until right before game time, then see if he'll take a postdated check.
