Martin St. Louis Honored For 1,000 NHL Games, Scores Goal, Falls Down
Tampa Bay is honoring winger Martin St. Louis tonight on his achievement of playing in 1,000 NHL games (set last week in Los Angeles), and the Lightning captain made it an even more special night for fans by scoring his ninth goal of the season in the first period. Then he celebrated so hard he fell down and, presumably, went boom.
Let's see that again!
St. Louis scored another goal early in the second period, and if he gets the hat trick you'll be damned sure I'm going to come update this post, because we're afraid he'll use his legs to break us in two if we don't. [Sun Sports]
