NFL Divisional Round 2026 Best Bets, Picks, Predictions
If the Divisional Round is anything like what we witnessed last weekend, we are in for some great football. Great games are sometimes more challenging to bet on, but that’s what we’re here for: Best Bets for the Divisional Round.
After some careful analysis, the following are our best bets for each game.
Buffalo Bills vs. Denver Broncos
UNDER 46 at -110 (bet365)
Denver should do a solid job of containing the Buffalo run game while also not letting Josh Allen go wild. While the Broncos have one of the best defenses in the league, the offense is average on a good day. Don’t count on the Denver run game to take advantage of a weak Buffalo run defense.
This game will be a defensive slugfest with both teams focused on establishing the run. Don’t expect a lot of points in this game. Buffalo beat Denver in the wildcard round last year, 31-7. It will not be another one-sided game this season, but it will be a low-scoring one.

San Francisco 49ers vs. Seattle Seahawks
UNDER 45.5 at -118 (DraftKings)
Seattle has beaten San Francisco twice this season, so it makes sense that they’re favored to win the game. But by a touchdown? Both regular-season games were close, hard-fought battles. While not having George Kittle will hurt, the 49ers have plenty of solid weapons at their disposal.
But while taking the 49ers at +7.5 is tempting (and a ridiculously high number), the UNDER is the better bet here. Both regular-season games finished well under 45.5 points (17-13 and 13-3); expect a similar score Saturday night.

Houston Texans vs. New England Patriots
UNDER 41 at -110 (Hard Rock)
Okay, so Drake Maye has the Patriots offense playing well this season, averaging 28.8 points per game in the regular season. But Maye has yet to face a defense quite like what the Texans have. However, the Patriots also have a top-five defense and will be facing an unreliable Houston offense.
This game will be decided by the defenses. Either someone will get the go-ahead touchdown via turnover, or both units will clamp down hard on the other’s offense, keeping the final score relatively low.
Los Angeles Rams vs. Chicago Bears
OVER 48.5 Points at -108 (FanDuel)
While the Rams were No. 1 in scoring with 30+ points per game, Chicago’s offense was ranked No. 9 (25.9 points per game). Both have capable defenses, but neither has a shutdown unit like the Texans, Seahawks, or Patriots. Teams scored 27+ points against the Rams in four of their last five games.
Both teams scored 30+ points last weekend. Don’t count on either team to do so again this weekend. But they will score enough to send the final score OVER this total.
