NFL Week 11: What You Need To Know
Denver (5-4) at Atlanta (6-3). I wonder if Roger Goodell is still upset about Matt Ryan's 6-year, 72-million-dollar contract that the rookie from Boston College signed after being drafted third overall last April. Ryan has to be the frontrunner for Rookie of the Year honors, assuming the reins of an organization that was left for dead. Falcons RB Michael Turner and K Jason Elam are listed as probable and questionable, respectably, but should play. Bye weeks: done. Hooray coasting through the rest of fantasy football! Coverage maps: CBS early. CBS late. FOX early. Baltimore (6-3) at NY Giants (8-1). This is one of only two games on the 1 o'clock slate where both teams have winning records. Baltimore's aging run defense will be tested by Brandon Jacobs, who will be looking for his third straight 100-yard rushing game. Although currently leading the NFC East, the Giants have struggled against the AFC North. New York beat Pittsburgh at home, but were blown out by the Browns on Monday night and barely beat the Bengals in OT. Oakland (2-7) at Miami (5-4). Darren McFadden practiced with his toe injury on Friday, and is expected to start against the Dolphins tonight. Houston (3-6) at Indianapolis (5-4). Houston's Sage Rosenfels will start again for Matt Schaub, who's expected to be out for three weeks with some knee troubles. Conversely, the Colts will have their offense slowed by injuries to Anthony Gonzales and Reggie Wayne. Both are listed as questionable. Both are expected to play. Chicago (5-4) at Green Bay (4-5). Kyle Orton will be wearing a custom-made shoe to support a sprained ankle that kept him out of action last week, according to a report from the Worldwide Leader. So Rex Grossman's out for today. New Orleans (4-5) at Kansas City (1-8). Deuce McAllister will be the feature back yet again while Reggie Bush rests an injured knee. Bush has not seen action since Week 7. Kansas City presumably will be playing to win the game. The Rest Of Your Week 11 Games: Minnesota (5-4) at Tampa Bay (6-3). Detroit (0-9) at Carolina (7-2). Philadelphia (5-4) at Cincinnati (1-8). St. Louis (2-7) at San Fran (2-7), 4 pm. Arizona (6-3) at Seattle (2-7). Tennessee (9-0) at Jacksonville (4-5). San Diego (4-5) at Pittsburgh (6-3). Dallas (5-4) at Washington (6-3), 8:15 pm.
