• Titans 24, Giants 21. And now the Giants know how USC felt. Vince Young was outstanding in the second half of this game, making plays with his legs and his arms to put the Titans on his back and lead them to an insane comeback victory. What I said earlier about Eli Manning not sucking today? Yeah, never mind. He just went head to head against Vince Young and was the inferior quarterback. Of course, a lot of folks would have been today. Pac Man Jones was a stud too.

• San Diego 21, Oakland 14. San Diego held off a mammoth effort by the Raiders defense to come back for a 21-14 victory. LaDainian Tomlinson had a hand in all three Charger touchdowns, two of them running, and one of them a pass to Antonio Gates. The Chargers avoid the trap game, but to be honest... for a bad team, the Raiders are pretty good.

• New England 17, Chicago 13. You know, I went into the 4:00 games thinking that it could be a pretty sucky batch of football. But it was damn entertaining, all the way around. And really, this one was the sloppiest of the bunch. Tom Brady and Rex "I'm Just Gonna Heave It And See What Happens" Grossman combined for 5 interceptions.
