Instead of fining Chad Johnson for excessive touchdown celebrations, Paul Tagliabue should start fining Bengals who score TDs that aren't named Chad Johnson.

How am I supposed to enjoy this Browns/Bengals game if Chad Johnson isn't getting in the endzone? Rudi Johnson? I prefer Rudy Huxtable. Chris Henry? His touchdown celebrations haven't been entertaining since he was racking up 15-yarders on just about every touchdown he scored in college.
