Of Course Dirk Nowitzki Had A Traditional Kenyan Wedding

A couple of weeks ago, Newstime Africa ran a story reporting that Dirk Nowitzki had married his longtime girlfriend in Kenya, in a ceremony with traditional Kikuyu touches. The Mavs flat denied it, oddly enough. Well, here come the photos, and unless Dirk likes playing Ngurario dress-up, it looks like he indeed took the plunge.

Nowitzki's wife, Jessica Olsson, is Swedish-Kenyan, so to celebrate her heritage they smartly opted for the African traditions rather than a lutfisk buffet. They'll reportedly have a second ceremony in Germany. That one should prove to be slightly less colorful.
