Penn State G Freddie Dilione V transfers to Georgia

Dilione led the Nittany Lions with 14.0 points per game, including 14.1 ppg in Big Ten Conference play. Across 32 games (15 starts), Dilione also put up 3.2 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 1.2 steals per contest.
In all four categories, he set career highs in his third season of college basketball.
In 81 games (43 starts) with Tennessee (2023-24) and Penn State (2024-26), Dilione has career averages of 9.5 points, 2.5 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game.
He joins a Georgia program that returns four players with at least eight starts -- Blue Cain, Kanon Catchings, Marcus "Smurf" Millender and Kareem Stagg -- but lost top scorer Jeremiah Wilkinson and big man Somto Cyril to the portal.
