The Professional Women's Hockey League is approaching an attendance milestone in its third season.

Total attendance entering this week was 976,219 through 105 games, just shy of 1 million fans for the first time.

The latest boost came with Saturday's sold-out crowd of 17,850 for the first PWHL game at Boston's TD Garden.

The average of 9,297 fans per game is a nearly 29% increase over last season's attendance numbers.

Only 15 games remain in the 2025-26 regular season as five teams are battling for the fourth and final playoff spot.

The 2025-26 PWHL Takeover Tour, which included 16 games at 11 neutral sites, averaged 12,477 fans per game.
