Vasquez-Imagn Images Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield did not participate in Wednesday's walkthrough because of a knee issue and would not have practiced if the team had "gone full speed," the team announced.
Mayfield was among a long list of Bucs who didn't practice: linebacker K.J. Britt (ankle), tight end Cade Otton (knee), wide receiver Sterling Shepard (foot), safety Antoine Winfield Jr. (knee) and offensive tackle Tristan Wirfs (foot/knee).
Star wide receiver Mike Evans had a day of rest.
Mayfield, 29, has started all 14 games for the NFC South-leading Bucs (8-6) and has completed 328 of 463 passes (70.8 percent) for 3,617 yards, 32 touchdowns and 14 interceptions with a 104.1 passer rating.

The Browns made him the first overall pick of the 2018 NFL Draft out of Oklahoma.
