Wooden held the same role with the Los Angeles Chargers from 2013-23, replacing the fired Telesco as interim GM for the final three games of last season. The Chargers ultimately hired Joe Hortiz as GM.
Before that, Wooden spent 16 seasons with the New York Jets (1997-2012), including the final six years as assistant director of player personnel.
Wooden played collegiately at Syracuse (1989-92).
