Andrews, who stepped back on the practice field Friday, had been sidelined since sustaining an ankle injury in Baltimore's 34-20 victory over the Cincinnati Bengals on Nov. 16.
The Ravens have 21 days to activate Andrews to the active roster or shut him down for the rest of the playoffs. Baltimore earned the top seed in the AFC and has a bye into the divisional round.
Andrews, 28, has 45 receptions for 544 yards and six touchdowns in 10 games (nine starts) this season.
Andrews enjoyed his best season in 2021 when he had 107 receptions for 1,361 yards. The three-time Pro Bowl selection had nine touchdown catches that season, one off his career best from 2019.
Overall, Andrews has 381 career receptions for 4,857 yards and 40 touchdowns in 87 games (42 starts).
