Mandatory Credit: Tommy Gilligan-USA TODAY Sports Baltimore Ravens rookie cornerback Nate Wiggins sustained a right shoulder injury during the third quarter of Friday's preseason 16-13 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles.
The severity of the injury was not immediately known for Wiggins, who was selected by the Ravens with the 30th overall pick of the 2024 NFL Draft out of Clemson.
"I don't really have any updates on anybody's status right now," Ravens coach John Harbaugh said. "We'll find out more (Saturday) when he gets tested."
Wiggins, who turns 21 later this month, flourished early on Friday, making three pass breakups against quarterback Kenny Pickett on the Eagles' first offensive series. He sustained his injury after making a tackle on Philadelphia running back Lew Nichols.
