The Chicago Bulls are in agreement with All-Star guard Norman Powell on a two-year, $45 million contract, ESPN reported Wednesday.

The 33-year-old guard averaged 21.7 points, 3.5 rebounds and 2.5 assists in 58 games (52 starts) in his lone season with the Miami Heat in 2025-26.

It was Powell's second straight season averaging more than 20 points per game and the third straight season in which he knocked down at least 150 3-pointers. He is a 39.6% shooter from behind the arc over his 11-year career.

Powell has career averages of 14.0 points and 2.7 rebounds in 675 games (311 starts) with the Toronto Raptors (2015-21), Portland Trail Blazers (2021-22), Los Angeles Clippers (2022-25) and Heat. He won an NBA title with Toronto in 2019.
