Davis has not fought since April 2023, when he beat Ryan Garcia by TKO to improve to 29-0 in his career. He's held the WBA lightweight belt since 2019 and successfully defended it four times.
The date and location for Davis' fight against Martin (18-0) have not been finalized, but ESPN reported the bout will headline a pay-per-view on Prime Video.
Last May, Davis was sentenced to 90 days of home detention and three years of probation in Baltimore circuit court for his role in a 2020 hit-and-run.
Martin was supposed to fight WBC lightweight title-holder Shakur Stevenson last fall but pulled out.
