Since playing seven seasons with the Arizona Diamondbacks to begin his career, Lamb has not played more than 43 games with any other of his six organizations. The infielder/outfielder played 18 games with the Los Angeles Angels in 2023 and batted .216 with two home runs and five RBIs.
In 723 career games, Lamb is a .235 hitter with 96 home runs and 342 RBIs.
Lamb, 33, was an All-Star in 2017 when he hit 30 home runs with 105 RBIs for the Diamondbacks. Lamb, however, has never hit more than seven home runs in a single season since while dealing with left shoulder issues.
Lamb is expected to receive an invite to major league camp at spring training.
