Report: James Rodríguez Leads Cops On 124 MPH Chase
Real Madrid striker James Rodríguez was pursued by police in a 124 MPH car chase on his way to the team’s Valdebebas training ground today, according to Madrid newspaper AS. AS reports that James refused to pull over and made it onto Real Madrid’s property, while the undercover unit chasing him was stopped at the gate by the team’s security force. In a pretty surreal video shot by AS, you can hear the cops (note the blue light on top of the car) telling Madrid’s security staff, “We followed James at 200 KMH.”
AS also has a photo that shows James turning onto the Valdebebas grounds followed closely by police. The police were eventually let onto the property, while James participated in the team’s training session.
