Report: Raiders RB Josh Jacobs out vs. Chiefs

He was questionable with a quad injury and an illness and did not participate in Saturday's practice.
Second-year back Zamir White likely will start for the visiting Raiders (6-8) against the Chiefs (9-5).
Jacobs has 1,101 yards from scrimmage (805 rushing, 296 receiving) and six touchdowns in 13 starts this season.
The 2022 NFL rushing champion has 5,545 rushing yards in 73 games since being drafted in the first round in 2019.
