Reports: 49ers Linebacker Aldon Smith Stabbed At House Party, Two Others Shot

According to team officials, the Niners linebacker is said to be recovering "comfortably" from "minor injuries." San Francisco has not elaborated any further but has said the team is in touch with the police.

"The 49ers are also in communication with local authorities as they gather information regarding the incident, and will reserve further comment at this time."

The Santa Clara County sheriff's department said there were two people wounded from gunshots and one was stabbed at the party, according to the newspaper.

It's been a bit of a rocky off-season for Smith as he was arrested on DUI charges in January.
