Reports: D-backs bringing back reliever Paul Sewald

The 35-year-old right-hander split last season with the Cleveland Guardians and Detroit Tigers, finishing 1-1 with a 4.58 ERA and two saves in 22 relief appearances.
Sewald saved 29 games over parts of two seasons with the Diamondbacks from 2023-24, posting a 1-3 record with a 4.08 ERA in 62 appearances out of the bullpen.
He is 21-26 with 86 saves and a 4.11 ERA in 381 career games (zero starts) for the New York Mets (2017-20), Seattle Mariners (2021-23), Diamondbacks (2023-24), Guardians and Tigers.
