Reports: Dolphins OLB Bradley Chubb has torn ACL

Miami standout pass-rusher Bradley Chubb tore his right ACL in the final minutes of the Dolphins' blowout loss to the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday, ESPN and NFL Network reported.
An MRI on Monday confirmed what the team feared. Chubb, the team leader in sacks with 11, is now done for the playoffs and a big chunk of the 2024 season.
Chubb, inexplicably still on the field, suffered the injury with just 3:10 remaining in the Ravens' 56-19 win over the Dolphins. The Dolphins already lost edge rusher Jaelan Phillips to a torn Achilles the day after Thanksgiving.
In addition to his 74 tackles and 22 quarterback hits, Chubb also led the NFL with six forced fumbles, recovering two.
The Dolphins (11-5) have already clinched a postseason berth but must beat Buffalo (10-6) this Sunday night in order to win the AFC East and secure the No. 2 seed in the AFC.
The Dolphins acquired Chubb from the Denver Broncos on Nov. 1, 2022. He has 39.5 career sacks in 73 games (72 starts) with the Dolphins and Broncos, who selected him No. 5 overall in the 2018 draft.
Chubb, 27, suffered a torn left ACL with Denver in 2019 and missed 10 games in 2021 with an ankle injury.
