Reports: Reds acquiring LHP Taylor Rogers from Giants

The Reds are sending minor league right-hander Braxton Roxby to the Giants in return, according to FanSided.
Rogers, 34, is entering the final season of a three-year, $33 million deal he signed with the Giants ahead of the 2023 season. He's set to make $12 million in 2025.
He went 1-4 with a 2.40 ERA in 64 relief appearances last season with the Giants.
He is 28-34 with a 3.34 ERA and 83 saves in 509 career relief appearances with four teams, most notably the Minnesota Twins (2016-21). He made the American League All-Star team in 2021. He has a career strikeout rate of 10.5 per 9 innings.
Rogers' twin brother, Tyler, has spent the past six seasons with the Giants.
Roxby, 25, went 0-4 with a 5.21 ERA in 39 relief appearances for Double-A Chattanooga in 2024.
