Saints QB Derek Carr (concussion) fully participates in practice

New Orleans Saints quarterback Derek Carr, who remains in concussion protocol, was a full participant in Wednesday's practice.
The Saints (5-5), who had a bye last week, visit the Atlanta Falcons (4-6) on Sunday.
Carr would have to be cleared from concussion protocol to play Sunday. He left the 27-19 loss at the Minnesota Vikings on Nov. 12 with a concussion.
Jameis Winston finished that game and would be in line to start Sunday if Carr doesn't progress through the NFL-mandated protocol.
Carr has completed 65.9 percent of his passes for 2,231 yards, 10 touchdowns and four interceptions over his first 10 starts with New Orleans following a nine-year tenure with the Raiders franchise.
Saints defensive end Isaiah Foskey (quadricep) was a limited participant at practice Wednesday.
Players who did not participate due to injury or illness were cornerback Marshon Lattimore (ankle), guard/tackle James Hurst (illness) and running back Kendre Miller (ankle).
Tight end Jimmy Graham and tackle Ryan Ramczyk got rest days from practice.
