[UPDATE: Bullshit] Santa And His Helper Crash Sleigh, Could Face Drunk-Driving Charges

An inebriated Santa and his female helper in Poland went to the hospital for possible concussions Monday after their horse-drawn sleigh crashed into a wall. It gets worse for the holiday pair, though: Police might press drunk-driving charges against them.

The unnamed duo was entertaining on the streets of Ustrzykach Dolnych and visibly drunk, according to one witness. As Santa and his helper drove the sleigh down a busy street, a car horn scared the horse, sending the sleigh crashing into a wall and the inhabitants onto the ground. Their actions technically fall under drunk driving, according to police.
