Somebody call 911.

Sean Kingston’s mother was arrested in Florida on Thursday with numerous fraud and theft charges. 61-year-old Janice Turner was taken out of the singer’s rental mansion by Broward Sheriff deputies and is being held in their main jail on a $160,000 bond.

Kingston had some big hits in the late 2000s including “Beautiful Girls.” He even collaborated with big-time artists like Soulja Boy, who would also ironically become a scammer later on, and Justin Bieber, who Kingston reportedly uses to scam businesses into working for him.

Reports indicate that the whole fiasco is a result of Kingston failing to pay fully for a $150,000 entertainment system which included a massive 232-inch TV and sound system. He allegedly told the owners of the entertainment company that he and Justin Bieber would do commercials for them if they gave him a lower down payment and the credit.

(How did they actually fall for that?)

“He’s got basically a script, he says that he works with Justin Bieber, and that he obviously puts on a big show here, this is a rental house, he doesn’t own it, and he lures people using his celebrity into having them release things without him paying for it and then he simply never pays,” attorney Dennis Card told News 6 Miami.

So did his mom just take the fall for him? Not quite.

“She’s complicit in it,” Card said. “She knows what’s going on.”

The Kingston duo has seemingly been up to all sorts of mischief in Florida for quite some time now.

Federal court records showed Turner pled guilty in 2006 to four counts of filing false loan applications and one count of bank fraud involving $132,000 in stolen funds she was ordered to pay back. She was sentenced to sixteen months in prison followed by five years of supervised release.

Being out on supervised release wasn’t enough to scare Sean, however. Card explains that he’s on felony probation right now for trafficking in stolen property and that he has charges against him for procuring more than $1 million in watches without paying for them.

"He’s 100 percent a scammer,” Card said. “This is just an ongoing pattern for Sean.”

“People love negative energy!” the alleged scammer said in an Instagram story. “I am good and so is my mother!.. My lawyers are handling everything as we speak.”

In the heat of all this, Kingston is scheduled to perform at Atomic Golf in Las Vegas on Friday. Atomic Golf’s Instagram story indicated that they're planning on him showing  up, with a countdown for his arrival. But that might not be happening.

Kingston was ultimately arrested hours after the raid. He's been charged with theft and fraud in California.
