Serbian MMA Fighter Chokes His Opponent Out, Then Helps Save His Life

The Serbian Battle Championship 4—which occurred earlier this month—saw a crazy end to this fight between Dusan Dzakic and Sebastijan Emini. At the 4:20 mark in the video above, you can see Emini frantically tapping out. The reason? Dude's starting to choke to death. Lucky for him, both Dzakic and the referee immediately recognize the danger he is in, and begin providing medical assistance before the ringside docs can even hop in. I can't quite see it in the video, but according to the tipster who sent it along, Dzakic pulls Emini's tongue out of his mouth.

If anybody out there speaks Serbian, it'd be cool to know what Dzakic says starting around the 5:50 mark, when he seems to acknowledge Emini and what happened to him.
