Spirit knock off Na’Vi in BLAST Premier Spring final

Team Spirit jumped out to a two-map lead on Sunday and went on to defeat Natus Vincere 3-1 in the grand final of the BLAST Premier: Spring Final 2024 in London.

The $425,000, eight-team Counter-Strike: Global Offensive event wrapped up with Spirit taking home $200,000 and 3,200 BLAST Premier points while also qualifying for the World Final in November.

In the best-of-five grand final, Spirit posted 13-9 wins on Ancient and Dust II before Na'Vi trimmed the deficit with a 13-4 victory on Mirage. Trying to force a decisive fifth map, Na'Vi was turned away as Spirit sealed the title 13-6 on Nuke.

Russian Danil "donk" Kryshkovets led the way for Spirit with a plus-16 kills-to-deaths differential, adding 73 kills. Teammate Myroslav 'zont1x' Plakhotia of Ukraine added 59 kills and a plus-10 K-A differential.

Lithuanian Justinas "jL" Lekavicius led Na'Vi with 62 kills and a plus-6 K-D differential.
