Both 24-year-olds are under deals through 2026 with options through the 2027-28 season.
Meyer made his MLS debut last season with Nashville SC and had one goal in eight appearances. He was the No. 11 overall pick in the 2024 MLS SuperDraft.
"Wyatt is a left-footed player who can play both center back or in the midfield, and his versatility will provide valuable depth and competition," said SKC president of soccer operations and general manager David Lee.
Reid came up through the New York Red Bulls academy and spent the past two seasons with St. Louis City, posting three assists in 24 appearances.
"Jayden is an athletic left back with MLS experience that has the characteristics and profile that we are looking for in that position," Lee said.
Sporting Kansas City open the 2026 season against the host San Jose Earthquakes on Feb. 21.
